PAYMENT

We accept payments through PayPal.  This is a way that guarantees that automated processes work correctly. We want youto feel safe and secure in your purchases.   

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Money Gram, Western Union, T/T, Bank Wire Transfers, Postal Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. 

When you click on PayPal they will ask you if you would like to pay using PayPal or using your Credit Card.  You can then choose to use your Credit Card for payment by clicking on payment using your Credit Card.

FREE SHIPPING  


Shipping is Free.  Items will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days of receiving confirmed, cleared payment.   Estimated arrival time is 4 to 7 business days upon confirmation of payment, unless specified delivery times list with items being ordered.  

We ship FREE internationally around the world. 





RETURNS   

We will accept unopened merchandise back for a full refund less any shipping costs. You must notify us via email or buy phone within 7 business days of receiving your package for return instructions. We will acknowledge your return request within 7 business days.  All items must be returned within 7 business days after we have acknowledged the return process via email or by telephone.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will then be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the item, and we must receive the item/items no later than 7 business days from the RMA issue date.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your items.

The item must be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, unopened; and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. 

A refund will be given as a refund, no exchanges.  Refunds will be given after the package has been inspected to verify that it has been returned unopened in the condition that it was received.   After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a refund.

When making a refund, for protection of both the owner and buyer, we will send the refund to the buyer in a traceable manner where receipt confirmation can be verified. 

The item must be returned in brand new, completely unused, unopened condition.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return Policy: Call us first before returning your item at (803) 722-7744 to have an RMA number assigned.

 DAMAGE IN SHIPPING  


If upon receipt of your purchase you see visible damage, or suspect concealed damage by the shipping carrier you must notify the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. This applies when your package is outwardly damaged or crushed and you can see there is damage to your package.  Please hold on to packing materials and shipping box for collection and inspection by the carrier.
